Check the Fall/Winter EOCEP & ELLS Testing Schedule

EOCEP

As a result of the eLearning day (1/09) and the 2-hour delay (1/10), the EOCEP schedule has been adjusted.  High School students who are enrolled in an EOCEP (End of Course Examination Program) course will now participate in Fall/Winter EOCEP testing on the following dates:
 
District Dates:

  • EOC English 2 Writing (January 11) 
  • EOC English 2 Reading (January 12) 
  • EOC Biology (January 16) 
  • EOC US History (January 17)
  • EOC Algebra 1 (January 18)
  • Make up testing will continue through January 26.

Students are reminded to do the following prior to testing starting on Thursday, January 11th: 

  • Restart your student device. 
  • Ensure that your student device is fully charged each day of EOCEP testing.

On Test Days:

  • Students may not be in possession of any personal electronic devices to include, but not limited to phones, smart watches, wireless headphones/earbuds, recording devices etc.

ELLS Testing Announcement

Students in grades K-12 who are determined to have limited English proficiency-based upon the completion of a Home Language Survey and the initial assessment of their English proficiency-must take the ACCESS for ELLs or Alternate ACCESS annually each spring until they meet the requirements for full English Proficiency.
