Empathy
Over the next two months we will be focusing our classroom lessons on Empathy. Empathy is generally described as "the ability to take on another's perspective, to understand, feel, and possibly share and respond to their experience." Empathy is an important tool for students to develop emotionally. It can help them build connections, regulate emotions, and develop helping behaviors.
